Network of Distinguished Physician Colleagues

As an EMA Medical Director, I enjoy the autonomy of managing my own Emergency Department and frequently draw upon fellow physicians throughout the EMA network to enhance my resource base.

Our group strives to make EMA an exemplary leader in the specialty of Emergency Medicine, not only through attracting and retaining high caliber physicians, but also in providing tools to enhance the career of each physician. As a manager, EMA’s extended network affords me the opportunity to tap into my colleagues’ contacts and recruit the type of physician that best matches the needs of my hospital.  Many of the physicians on my team are dual certified, which meets the needs of our Emergency Department and hospitalist program.

For my own personal development, I have had a voice in the development of the clinical tools used by all EMA sites. I have unlimited access to a large database of benchmarking clinical information that enables me to do independent research and acquire grants for cutting edge studies.
