 Emergency Medical Associates (EMA), Livingston, NJ - EMA physicians Richard Shih, MD, FACEP, Oliver Hung, MD, FACEP, and Michael Silverman, MD, FACEP, presented a Hazardous Materials seminar for the practicing emergency physician and acute care provider at EMA’s corporate office on October 28, 2003.

This four-hour seminar presented the most up-to-date information available in the areas of addressing victims of hazardous materials and the latest treatment methodologies.

According to Dr. Shih, “This course provided a great update for ED physicians and acute care providers.  We look forward to running this course in the future and plan on presenting it next year at Emergency Medical Associates Advanced Emergency Medicine Conference, which will take place September 27- 29, 2004 at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City.”
