	Benjamin Carrino, Controller - “Ben” has been with Emergency Medical Associates for over 21 years as Controller / Financial Administrator, and is a member of Senior Leadership for Alpha Physician Resources. Mr. Carrino received his Bachelor of Science degree from Kean University and an M.B.A degree from Monmouth University. He is a member of the National Association of Accountants and was a founding member of “TEC Key”, an organization dedicated to the growth and improvement of key executives, in both professional and personal aspects. carrinob@alpha-apr.com
	Julie Flemming, Director of EMO Medical Care joined Alpha Physician Resources in 1998 over the primary care/urgent care division of EMO Medical Care, an affiliate to EMA. In 2001, the service line expanded to include pediatric and adult medicine hospitalist services. Ms. Flemming is the executive operational officer over all aspects of the business functions for both EMO Medical Care and Hospitalist EMO. She is a participant in the Senior Leadership Team as well as being an active member of Compliance Committee. Ms. Flemming has over 16 years of healthcare management experience including 7 years in emergency medicine operations prior to entering the primary care/multispecialty arena and 10 years in senior practice management for privately held, publicly owned and venture capital based organizations in the Northeast. flemmingj@alpha-apr.com
	Shane Hade, CEO, EDIMS, LLC has been with EDIM since May of 2006, where he serves as the company’s CEO. Prior to May of 2006, he previously served as the company’s COO. Mr. Hade is a seasoned business and technology management professional with extensive experience in healthcare and financial services and a significant depth of line-level and executive-level knowledge. His strong leadership qualifications, coupled with a hands-on technology approach and a focus on bottom-line results, have enabled him to formulate and implement advanced technology and business solutions that have been successfully used to manage vital data flows, including patient, banking, and trading transaction data. Mr. Hade's superior record of delivering simultaneous large-scale, mission-critical systems on time and under budget affirms the effectiveness of his team-based approach to management. He has extensive experience in building emerging-growth IT service and product firms, and has worked with venture capitalists in raising funds and assessing technologies of companies seeking funding. Under his leadership, the organization has raised its products and services to new levels of quality and customer satisfaction, and continues to execute a shared vision of delivering to our customers through reliable quality, exemplary service, and increased product features.
	Patti Herrmann, CHC, President, Bravo Reimbursement Specialists, joined the billing department of Emergency Medical Associates in 1981. In 1987 she assumed responsibility for billing and accounts receivable management. She is currently the President of Bravo Reimbursement Specialists. Mrs. Herrmann serves on the Senior Leadership Team for Alpha Physician Resources, and is an active member of the Corporate Compliance Committee. Mrs. Herrmann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College, Washington D.C. 	Mollie O’Brien, General Counsel, Emergency Medical Associates and Superior Insurance Company is a litigation and health law attorney with trial experience and corporate health law training. After obtaining her law degree from Seton Hall University Mollie concentrated her practice on medical malpractice litigation in the defense of the health care practitioner and corporate physician practice issues. Mollie’s extensive courtroom work resulted in her becoming certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Before joining Emergency Medical Associates and Superior Insurance Company, Mollie served as Staff Attorney and Risk Manager to a New Jersey hospital system where she provided both legal advice and loss prevention services to health care providers and the institution itself. As General Counsel for EMA and Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Superior Insurance Company, Mollie oversees all EMA’s legal matters, supervises the Risk Management department, and monitors the day to day operations of Superior. 	Louise Pirone, Director, Administration joined Emergency Medical Associates and Affiliates in 1982. She is currently a member of the Senior Leadership Team of Alpha Physician Resources. Ms. Pirone primary role is to establish and maintain a successful support structure for EMA and its affiliated organizations. She also directs Alpha administrative functions, including oversight of office management, credentialing, recruiting, human resources, and physician related business issues. Ms. Pirone serves as a board liaison with EMA and affiliated organizations and provides partner coordination and benefits for the family of organizations. pironel@alpha-apr.com
	Aron Schlam, Senior Vice President, is a healthcare executive with extensive and diversified experience in hospital operations. He has held senior management positions at large teaching and academic medical centers in both New Jersey and New York, where he has been responsible for numerous clinical, ancillary and support departments. Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations for the Cardiovascular Service Line at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, which has been recognized as one of the top 50 cardiovascular programs in the nation (US News & World Report). He brings many years of experience from the hospital side to EMA, and has expertise in performance improvement, team building, and aligning business strategies and operational processes. He holds a B.S. degree from City College of the City University of New York and a MBA in Healthcare from Bernard Baruch College-Mt Sinai School of Medicine of New York. schlam@alpha-apr.com
	Allen G. Sugerman, Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Sugerman’s vast experience includes over 20 years focusing on all core finance, accounting and treasury functions for hospitals, hospital systems, clinics, insurance companies, and a wide range of other industries in various stages of start-up, growth, turnaround, and transition. He has served as CFO and Treasurer of a public insurance company, has over 14 years of audit and consulting experience with Big Four accounting firms and spent 12 years as a founding partner in a health care consulting firm. His experience extends far beyond accounting and finance to encompass most business functions, including turnaround management; strategic and tactical business planning; new venture start-up; operating management; and IT systems. With extensive hands-on management skills in several turnaround situations and negative cash flow operations, he has acquired a keen understanding of what works and what hasn’t worked for achieving profitability in the highly competitive and highly regulated health care and insurance industries. Mr. Sugerman holds both a B.S. in accounting from California Polytechnic University and an MBA from Claremont Graduate University. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the California Society of CPA’s, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American College of Health Care Executives and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
	Kathy Valli, Senior Vice President joined Emergency Medical Associates and Affiliates in 1998. She is currently a member of the Senior Leadership Team of Alpha Physician Resources. Kathy has held several positions in EMA including Director of Sales and Marketing, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Client Relations. Kathy’s primary role is to oversee EMA’s contractual relationships, sales and marketing activities, and client services. Kathy has over 23 years of leadership experience in all aspects of the Emergency Medicine practice management industry. Prior to joining EMA, Kathy served as Senior Vice President for Coastal Physician Services in the southeast overseeing practice management for 55 Emergency Department practices. vallik@alpha-apr.com
